With big ambitions within the telecoms sector, a deciding factor in Freedom Fibre’s success is the passionate and driven people we bring with us for the ride.
It’s always been important for us to develop a company culture that is innovative and inclusive so that we can attract and retain the best of the best, and now an employee survey conducted in conjunction with Taylor Clarke shows that we are on track to becoming an employer of choice within the telecoms industry.
The survey had an 87% completion rate across 202 employees, focusing on culture, employee engagement, and areas of improvement. The results were wholeheartedly positive, with some clear channels for improvement and celebration of successes. Some notable results from this survey include;
93% of staff would recommend Freedom Fibre as a place to work.
Over 80% of employees agreed or strongly agreed that we had a clear company direction that was understood by all.
95% of staff agreed or strongly agreed that we had a positive culture that engaged our people.
Nearly 80% of staff agreed or strongly agreed that we worked together and collaborated across the organisation.
On the results of the employee survey, Freedom Fibre’s Human Resources and Development Manager, Lesley Segelit, said:
“It’s wonderful to see such a positive response from the recent survey. The results reinforced Freedom Fibre’s positive culture and the scores around flexible and hybrid working, personal development programmes, and work environment show that we’re on the right track.”
While the results from the survey have been overwhelmingly positive, Freedom Fibre are focused on continual improvement, making sure that as employers we’re supporting our employees' physical and mental health as well as their personal and professional development.
