Freedom Fibre is delighted to announce that Squirrel Internet has become the third retail internet service provider (ISP) to offer broadband packages on the Freedom Fibre full-fibre network.
The announcement comes shortly after Fusion Fibre Group were also onboarded, and reflects Freedom Fibre’s commitment to offering homes and businesses in the North West a range of internet providers to choose from.
When it came to discussions with the team at Squirrel, the decision to proceed with a partnership was an easy one. The broadband provider reflects Freedom Fibre’s company values of ‘care more’ and ‘keep it simple,’ as well as Freedom Fibre’s commitment to customer excellence. With an excellent Trust Pilot rating of 4.6, it’s clear that client relations are at the forefront of Squirrel’s ambitions, with the company providing a niche and personalised approach to customer service that is set to benefit residents who opt for Squirrel on the Freedom Fibre network.
It’s a sentiment echoed by Marie Danby, Freedom Fibre’s Customer Operations Director, who said;
We are really excited to welcome Squirrel Internet as another partner delivering full-fibre services to homes in the North West via our XGS-PON network. Squirrel’s commitment to delivering excellent services to their customers aligns with our own commitment to delivering the fastest and most reliable broadband services available.
Additionally, Squirrel Internet also offers digital landline and mobile packages. This means that customers who want to benefit from Freedom Fibre’s lightning-fast broadband network can keep things simple with a range of bundles and package options.
Ultimately, Freedom Fibre is delighted to have Squirrel Internet on board and available to residents in the North West. Whilst they are the business’ newest Internet Service Provider partnership, they are not the last. Stay tuned to find out which other ISPs will be joining the Freedom Fibre network.
