In the 20 years we have lived at the property we have never received a reliable internet service. Having tried ISDN, ADSL, satellite, a Wireless ISP and finally mobile broadband we were resigned to this always being the case.
However, we recently noticed Freedom Fibre were cabling our area to enable FTTP. Unfortunately for geographical reasons we were not included in the initial rollout. Nevertheless, a quick phone call to the team at Freedom Fibre got the ball rolling to extend to the roll out at no cost to us!
We now receive a 500Mbps full fibre connection and the difference is like night and day. It's not hyperbole to say the difference is life changing. I am now able to reliably work from home saving a 2 hour daily commute to the office. I am now less stressed and my work life balance has considerably improved.
I'd like to thank the whole team at Freedom Fibre who made this happen for us, the staff were friendly and helpful and a credit to the company.
